All Leeds Bus Diversions and Cancellations Due to A64 Flyover Roadworks
Motorists in Leeds will experience disruptions caused by roadworks on the A64 flyover starting Monday, November 3. The affected area includes the A64 Flyover, New York Road, and Marsh Lane slip road. These works will run from 7pm to 6am.
Bus Service Changes
- Service 7 (THE) towards Leeds Bus Station will divert via Marsh Lane and York Street.
- Service 7 towards Harrogate will divert via St Peter’s Street, Duke Street, and Marsh Lane.
- The Victoria L bus stop on Vicar Lane will be temporarily skipped during these works.
- First Bus number 7 will divert via Scott Hall Road and Stainbeck Lane in both directions due to Potternewton Lane closure.
- Services 65, 200, and 201 will divert due to the extended closure of Wide Lane slip road in Morley until November 30.
Road Closures
- Potternewton Lane, Potternewton, will be closed for roadworks from November 3 to November 18, daily between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
- Station Road bridge in Cross Gates is under demolition and rebuilding, with ongoing closures and bus diversions.
- The Farsley ring road, between Dawsons Corner roundabout and Rodley roundabout, will be closed from 8pm to 5am on November 3 and 4.

- Wide Lane slip road closure in Morley has been extended by 12 weeks, lasting until November 30.
Road Reopenings
Station Road in Kippax has reopened after roadworks, and the closure on Branch Road, Lower Wortley, is expected to end on Friday, November 7.
