Jalen Green made an impressive debut for the Phoenix Suns, scoring 29 points in a 115-102 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers on Thursday, November 7, 2025. His performance was the highest scoring by a Suns player other than Devin Booker this season.
Green demonstrated composure and efficiency throughout the game, playing 23 minutes and shooting 10-for-20 from the field, including 6-of-13 from three-point range. Despite a reputation for a "wild side," he showed strong court awareness and allowed his natural talent to lead the way.
“Takes a lot of pressure off anybody,” Booker said of Green. “With the opportunity and space he can pretty much do anything.”
Green also held the best plus-minus rating on the court with +30, highlighting his significant positive impact on the Suns’ success that night.
Booker, who had not missed a game in over two years, revealed he was unusually restless before the game after missing the first eight games of the season.
Jalen Green’s strong debut showcases his potential to be a key contributor and dynamic scorer for the Suns.
