Remembrance Day Holiday City Schedule - Tuesday, November 11, 2025
Due to the Remembrance Day holiday on Tuesday, November 11, all City offices and facilities will be closed. Residents of St. John’s can reach city services 24 hours a day, seven days a week via email at [email protected], by calling 311 or 754‑CITY (2489), or by submitting an online request at StJohns.ca/Access.
Remembrance Day Parade and Ceremony
The Royal Canadian Legion, Newfoundland and Labrador Command, will host the annual Remembrance Day parade and ceremony on Tuesday, November 11.
- The parade begins at the Sergeants’ Memorial on Queen’s Road at 10:10 a.m.
- Arrival at the National War Memorial is expected around 10:45 a.m.
- The official ceremony will commence at 10:55 a.m.
