The upcoming 2025 series of I'm a Celebrity... is set to feature Jack Osbourne, who will appear with his family's support, just months after the passing of his father, Ozzy Osbourne.
The much-anticipated lineup for the new series launching on November 16 has finally been revealed. After weeks of speculation and hints from producers, the cast includes a mix of reality TV personalities and rappers heading to Australia for this year's edition of the popular ITV show.
Former EastEnders actress Shona McGarty, known for her role as Whitney Dean from 2009 to 2024, will be trading Albert Square for the jungle challenges of the show.
“Jungle bosses have been keen to sign up the soap queen for ages. Shona is Walford royalty and hugely popular with TV viewers, she’s got bags of charisma and producers think she’ll be a great campmate. Plus, fans haven’t seen much of her away from Enders, so I’m A Celeb will be an opportunity for her to show a completely different side to her personality.”
Recently single after ending her engagement to musician David Bracken, Shona is enthusiastic about embracing this new challenge.
“They are on amicable terms, but have ended their romantic relationship. There are no hard feelings, they realised they wanted different things and are better off as friends. Shona is now focusing on her music and career.”
This year’s I'm a Celebrity promises a diverse and charismatic cast, highlighting personal growth and new adventures for participants like Jack Osbourne and Shona McGarty.
