Volunteer Profile: Andrew McGuire, Southern Indiana '08

Andrew McGuire, a 2008 graduate of the University of Southern Indiana (Indiana Lambda), earned a BS in accounting and later completed an MBA at Ball State University. During his time in Indiana Lambda, he served three terms as chapter president, guiding the chapter to earn the Founders Trophy in 2007 and the Kansas City Trophy in 2008.

In 2007, Andrew was selected as a peer mentor for the General Headquarters program. He also received both an undergraduate scholarship and a graduate fellowship from the Phi Delta Theta Foundation for his leadership and academic success.

After graduation, Andrew remained actively involved with the Fraternity. He served as the Kappa South province president from 2014 to 2017 and resumed the same role again in 2020, continuing to serve in that capacity today.

Professionally, Andrew works as a senior accounting and finance executive at OneAmerica Financial Partners, a financial services company based in Indianapolis.

Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting, golfing, officiating tennis matches, and supporting his favorite teams—the Indiana Pacers and the Indianapolis Colts. Andrew lives in Carmel, Indiana, with his wife Abby and their daughter Molly.
