Keandre Perry, 32, has pleaded guilty to burglary of a habitation combined with the commission of sexual assault. He was sentenced to 25 years in prison and will be required to register as a sex offender for life.
In September 2021, College Station police responded to a local hospital following a report of sexual assault involving a teenage victim. The victim provided a description of the suspect, leading officers to locate Perry at the scene—an abandoned apartment.
During the plea and sentencing, Perry admitted guilt to these other felony charges as well.
According to online jail records, this was Perry’s 23rd arrest over a span of ten years.
