Bad Company Join Rock Hall with Performance Featuring Chris Robinson, Bryan Adams, Joe Perry, and Nancy Wilson

Bad Company Joins Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

Bad Company’s drummer Simon Kirke was accompanied by Chris Robinson, Bryan Adams, Joe Perry, and Nancy Wilson for their Rock & Roll Hall of Fame performance. The band was inducted on Saturday night at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles by Mick Fleetwood.

Induction Ceremony and Performance

After Mick Fleetwood praised Bad Company in his induction speech, Simon Kirke took the stage with Chris Robinson of The Black Crowes, Nancy Wilson of Heart, and Joe Perry of Aerosmith to perform “Feel Like Makin’ Love.” The performance began with a brief technical issue.

Bryan Adams then led the song “Can’t Get Enough.” Although both Robinson and Adams delivered strong vocals, it was noted that matching the iconic voice of Bad Company’s original singer Paul Rodgers remained a challenge.

Paul Rodgers' Absence

“My hope was to be at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and to perform for the fans, but at this time I have to prioritize my health. I have no problem singing, it’s the stress of everything else.”

Paul Rodgers had to withdraw from the ceremony one week prior due to health issues.

Tributes and Acknowledgments

After the performance, Simon Kirke accepted the Hall of Fame honor from Mick Fleetwood. Kirke highlighted Paul Rodgers as one of the greatest singers ever.

He also paid homage to former band members Mick Ralphs, who passed away earlier this year, and Boz Burrell, who died in 2006.

“I want to acknowledge Paul Rodgers—one of the greatest singers of all time.”

Kirke’s reflections honored the enduring legacy of Bad Company’s members.
