ING Canada has appointed Charles Brindamour as its new president and chief executive, effective January 1, 2008.
He will succeed Claude Dussault, who is retiring but will remain as chairman of the company's board. Brindamour joined the company in 1992 and has been ING's chief operating officer since January.
Charles has demonstrated strong leadership abilities over the years and was instrumental in the development and execution of the vision and strategy.
ING Canada provides property and casualty insurance, including automobile, property, and liability insurance to individuals and businesses through its insurance subsidiaries.
