Alleged North Carolina Mass Shooter's Lawsuit Against Kellie Pickler Dismissed
A federal court has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Nigel Max Edge, also known as Sean William Debevoise, against country music singer Kellie Pickler.
Edge, a Marine Corps veteran, claimed that Pickler tried to poison him at the CMT Awards in 2012, where he was her date. At the time, Edge told the media he was "ecstatic" to escort Pickler, calling her "the most sincere person I know" and "an angel".

The lawsuit was filed nearly 13 years after the incident, and the court deemed it "non-sensical".
