Microsoft has resolved an issue with their Edge browser that caused some users' passwords to be visible on screen when logging into University systems.
Usually, password details are starred out as you type to avoid potential security issues. However, passwords may still be visible in your settings.
To ensure system security, we ask all staff and students to check their Microsoft Edge settings to ensure passwords are not showing in their 'Personal info' settings.
