City Government at Its Worst
Recently, my husband and I attended a Twin Lakes city council meeting, and it was an eye-opening experience. My brother-in-law's family has lived in this town for over a hundred years, and I've been hearing disturbing stories about the council meetings from my sister for the past year.
The council meetings appear to be controlled by individuals who lack knowledge and understanding of their roles. They are led by a man who has a history of causing harm to lives, schools, and organizations, seemingly as his primary occupation.
The Twin Lakes city council members are just puppets in his show, except for one member who refuses to abandon her ideals and the Twin Lakes City Council rules and meeting guidelines.
