Duke Among 'America's Best Employers for Company Culture’ in 2025
Duke University and Duke University Health System have earned spots on Forbes’ 2025 list of “America’s Best Employers for Company Culture."
According to the list, Duke University Health System is ranked No. 192, and Duke University is also recognized among the 600 employers.
“As we all work toward our competing priorities of advancing our academic mission, caring for our patients and serving our community, to hear that our culture is one that people want to be part of is very encouraging,” said Antwan Lofton, Vice President for Duke Human Resources.
The list is based on survey responses from more than 218,000 workers at organizations with more than 1,000 employees, published by Forbes and the market research firm Statista.
