Ghana Government Reaffirms Commitment to Natural Resource Management
Alhaji Yusif Sulemana, Deputy Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, has reaffirmed the government's commitment to safe and sustainable management of Ghana's natural resources.
The government aims to balance industrial development and environmental protection, according to Alhaji Sulemana, who spoke at the opening of the NORM XI symposium in Accra.
NORM XI Symposium
The five-day International symposium on Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (NORM XI) is themed "Broadening Optimisation in Industrial Processes Involving NORM: A Focus on Sustainability in Extractive Industries."
