AFL and State Court Developers Sought for Waterfront Docklands Project
An expression-of-interest process has begun to find a partner for the 2ha site neighboring Melbourne's Marvel Stadium.
Development Victoria and the AFL are seeking partners to develop prime waterfront land, offering a 177-year leasehold on 20,695sq m of land with approval for 181,730sq m of mixed-use development.
