Upgradation works are in full swing at the Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground in Kirtipur, including infrastructure development and the installation of a new floodlight system to enable night matches.
The venue is undergoing construction of a parapet that will accommodate up to 10,000 spectators once completed.
The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) operates the ground under a lease agreement with Tribhuvan University, which hosted its first international tournament in 1998.
