The Dallas Intermediate School recently hosted a successful tab collection drive to benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Danville.
Thanks to the generosity of students, faculty, staff, and the local community, the school was able to present the organization with a check for $1,200 and treat the families staying there to a luncheon.
Students collected an impressive 431 pounds of tabs.
Those involved in the effort include Marla Martin, Kerry Speziale, Cassie Palfey, Regan Palfey, Mike Turlis, Shelley Shurites, Elizabeth Pohlidal, and Brenda Baird.
