Trump Plans to Meet Putin in Budapest
US President Donald Trump announced that he will meet Vladimir Putin in Budapest to discuss an end to the war in Ukraine.
President Putin and I will then meet in an agreed upon location, Budapest, Hungary, to see if we can bring this ‘inglorious’ War between Russia and Ukraine to an end.
Following a "very productive" phone call with Putin, Trump confirmed the meeting, which will be preceded by a discussion with Ukrainian President Zelenskyy in the Oval Office.
