Springville Advances to State Semifinals
Springville girls soccer has made history by advancing to the state semifinals for the first time since 2009 with a 2-0 win over Timpview.
The team is ready for their next challenge, a 9 a.m. kickoff on Tuesday, which marks the first of two 5A state semifinal matches. They will play against Bountiful at Zions Bank Stadium.
"The girls have worked really hard all season (with their) conditioning and putting in the extra work so they can finish games," said Springville Coach Todd Hollingshead. "They're playing for each other."
