Celebrating the 'Eat Like the Hogs' Cookbook
A new cookbook, 'Eat Like the Hogs', edited by Karen and Becky, features great recipes from legends such as Dave Van Horn and Scott Bull.
“Typically, I go to bed first,” said Dave Van Horn, “For the last three years when I went to the bedroom, when I pass by our study, there she would be at maybe 10:30 p.m., proofing copy. I just close the door and say, ‘Good night!’ She might be there another three hours. That’s finally over.”
Scott Bull, the Arkansas football quarterback of the 1975 SWC championship team, also expressed relief that the book is now in print.
“About every night for the last three years, I knew where Becky was,” Scott said. “I didn’t know when she’d be home.”
The cookbook was celebrated at a book reveal at the Alumni House, where the husbands were happy to have their wives back now that the book is finished.
