Tinubu to Attend Counter-Terrorism Meeting in Rome

President Bola Tinubu will depart Abuja for Rome, Italy, to participate in the Aqaba Process meeting, a counter-terrorism initiative launched by King Abdullah II of Jordan in 2015.

The meeting, co-chaired by Jordan and the Italian government, will focus on the security crisis in West Africa, bringing together heads of state, senior intelligence and military officials, and representatives of intergovernmental and non-governmental organisations.

The Aqaba Process meeting is a counter-terrorism initiative launched by King Abdullah II of Jordan in 2015.
