Pet Parents Before Professionals

We understand the feelings of pet owners, having experienced them ourselves: the anxiety of waiting for news, the helplessness of holding a trembling dog, and the worry about outcomes.
We have been them because we are them.
A typical veterinary clinic is a whirlwind of activity: ringing phones, full schedules, emergencies, and exhausted teams. In this chaos, the core reason for our work can get lost.
The truth that keeps me grounded is that before we were veterinarians, technicians, managers, or receptionists, we were pet parents.
