Cologix Expands into Calgary with DataHiveOne Acquisition
Cologix, a data centre owner and operator, has acquired DataHiveOne, a flagship carrier-neutral data centre in downtown Calgary.
DataHiveOne is Calgary's primary carrier hotel and a Western Canadian hub for global interconnection, offering colocation and interconnection assets.
- Cologix now owns and operates 45 data centres in North America.
- The company has 22 data centres across Montréal, Toronto, and Vancouver, with over one million square feet of capacity.
- The Canadian interconnection ecosystem includes 330 networks, 150-plus cloud providers, and four internet exchanges.
No financial terms of the acquisition were released.
