Attorney for Man Accused of Killing Parents Weighs Options
The attorney for Lorenz Kraus, accused of killing his parents, Franz and Theresia Kraus, has not decided whether to suppress his TV confession.
Kraus allegedly killed his parents between July 2017 and September 2017, and buried their bodies in his backyard at 6 Crestwood Court.
Kraus admitted to smothering his father and choking his mother in a television interview.
His attorney, Rebekah Sokol, is waiting for all discovery materials from prosecutors to make a decision on filing a motion to suppress the interview, citing problems with the circumstances surrounding it.
