Green Tech Initiates Geothermal-Heated Greenhouse Project in Romania

Green Tech International has commenced work on a large-scale geothermal-heated hydroponics greenhouse in Romania, as part of a broader 50-hectare greenhouse development plan.

The project, undertaken by subsidiary Horti Green Invest S.A., will initially cover 10 hectares of greenhouses, with plans to expand to at least 50 hectares over the next five years, bolstering the company's presence in sustainable agriculture.

Investments will also be made in rehabilitating existing geothermal wells and modernizing a thermal power plant to provide heat to the greenhouses.

Green Tech International aims to increase its presence in the sustainable agriculture sector.
