Former Tennessee head coach Jeremy Pruitt is seeking a court order against the NCAA, as reported by CBS Sports.
Pruitt's attorneys filed a court motion on October 17, stating that he has been approached by multiple colleges and universities about coaching opportunities, but was turned down due to the NCAA's actions.
Pruitt’s attorney’s wrote that he has been “approached about coaching opportunities at multiple colleges and universities, at least two of which are in the state of Alabama, only to be ultimately turned down as a result of the NCAA’s actions.”
A DeKalb County judge ordered the case to go to mediation.
