Mass Shooting at South Carolina Bar
A shooting at a crowded bar on St. Helena Island in South Carolina resulted in the deaths of 4 people and injured at least 20 more.
Hundreds of people were at the bar, Willie’s Bar and Grill, when the shooting occurred. The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office reported that multiple victims and witnesses ran to nearby businesses and properties seeking shelter from the gunshots.
The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office Communications Center received multiple reports of a shooting that occurred at Willie’s Bar and Grill, shortly before 1 a.m. on October 12, 2025.
The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the mass shooting.
