Introduction to Phil Fountain
Phil Fountain, a pseudonym for Philbert Phountain, is a cartoonist who has recently returned to A News Café (ANC) after a working hiatus.
During his hiatus, he worked as the lead fact-checker for George Santos.
Personal Life
Phil lives in Shasta County with his wife, Christine, and their family, including three grandchildren.
He spends his time drawing with crayons and following his favorite baseball team, accompanied by a small dog that sleeps under his desk.
“Shasta County, he stands on guard for thee”
Despite his rough demeanor, Phil is not such a bad guy, as evidenced by the fact that the dog rarely bites him anymore.
