Channel Islands Harbor Hosts Pumpkin Paddle
The Channel Islands Harbor hosted its inaugural Pumpkin Paddle, where witches participated in a paddle parade from Fisherman's Wharf to the dock by Peninsula Park in Oxnard, California.
The Harbor Patrol ensured that boats gave the paddlers the right of way, and the harbor awarded prizes, including gift cards to Harbor Mart and Sea Fresh.
The event is planned to be followed by another one with a holiday theme in December.
