The Tuolumne County District Attorney's Office has announced that it will receive additional state funding to continue its work, following a successful first year of its DUI Prosecution Unit.
With 325 convictions, the unit has demonstrated a strong track record, achieving this success with just one experienced prosecutor. The initial $208,238 in state funding, which was set to expire, has been renewed for the 2025-2026 grant year in the amount of $245,335.00.
