Ngetich set a world lead with a time of 1:03:08, while Kejelcha clocked 58:02 to retain their titles.
Ngetich's time is the third-fastest performance in history, only bettered by Letesenbet Gidey's world record of 1:02:52 and Ngetich's 1:03:04 run in Valencia last year.
