At least nine people have been killed and 30 others injured in a road traffic accident in Misiones, Argentina.
The accident occurred in the early hours near the city of Oberá, when a long-distance coach collided with a car and fell off a bridge into the Yazá stream.
“There are nine fatalities,” announced Misiones Province Government Minister Marcelo Pérez.
Provincial Health Minister, Héctor González, confirmed that 29 people were injured in the accident, which took place on the day of Argentina’s national legislative elections.
