Australian startup SolarCloud has introduced a cloud-based model that virtualizes rooftop solar ownership, enabling consumers to access a share of existing commercial solar capacity without installation or physical infrastructure.
Through this sharing-economy model, commercial rooftop systems worldwide are transformed into distributed, portable clean energy systems for households that were previously excluded from the solar transition. Currently, 24,877 SolarCloud panels are available for purchase by Australians.
