A new aged care reform is causing uncertainty among older people, with some worried it may take away more than it delivers.
The Albanese government's Support at Home program, starting November 1, represents the biggest aged care reform in 30 years, requiring older people to contribute more to their care.
Coastal Home Care hosted a Q&A session to address concerns, where attendee Dale Whitaker attributed anxiety to "not knowing" the full impact.
“Not knowing what it was going to do, whether it was going to take away from us a lot more,”
said Ms Whittaker.
