Renew NC Grants Deadline Approaching
The deadline to apply for Renew NC grants is December 31. This state program provides free assistance with home repair and rebuilding for those affected by Hurricane Helene.
According to Julia Horrocks, managing attorney at Pisgah Legal Services,
“Too many of our neighbors are still living in unsafe or temporary housing after Helene”. The Renew NC Single-Family Housing Program offers help for homeowners and has a long-term impact on communities.
