New Corporate Espionage Claims Emerge

A lawsuit has been filed in Utah federal court by Human Interest against Guidewire, alleging corporate espionage.

"We are going to tear apart HI. It's going to be the easiest thing to do."

This statement, made by Brandon Sterri in a text to his brothers, is at the center of the lawsuit. According to the complaint, Brandon and his brother Brian were still employed by Human Interest at the time, while their third brother, Eirik, worked for Guideline.

The lawsuit alleges that the Sterri brothers engaged in systematic data theft, despite having access to confidential data and being reminded to protect it.
