Sixers Storm Back to Shock Wizards in OT

The Philadelphia 76ers, still unbeaten, moved to 4-0 on the season after a stunning comeback against the Washington Wizards.

The Sixers, missing Jared McCain and Paul George, welcomed back Trendon Watford from a hamstring injury and Joel Embiid to the lineup. Tyrese Maxey led the team with 12 points in the first quarter, shooting 4-of-6 from the field and 3-of-4 from beyond the arc.

Despite Maxey's strong start, the Sixers trailed 40-32 after the first quarter due to poor defense and hot shooting from the Wizards, led by Alex Sarr's 13 points.
