PDAC tumor cell states emerge through self-organizing programs governed by epithelial–mesenchymal plasticity.
A collagen-embedded, branching organoid model has been developed to decode the principles driving this diversity, mirroring the hierarchical organization and phenotypic complexity observed in human and murine PDAC.
