Warriors' Path to Recovery
The Golden State Warriors suffered a 120-110 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks, despite the opposition being without Giannis Antetokounmpo due to left knee soreness.
Warriors All-Star Jimmy Butler acknowledged the loss, stating that a return to winning ways would swiftly improve the team's situation:
“Get back to winning and it’ll be flowers and daisies in no time,”
Butler, along with Stephen Curry and Jonathan Kuminga, scored over 20 points, but the Bucks played a more cohesive game, according to Warriors head coach Steve Kerr, who attributed the loss to fatigue:
“It looked to me like fatigue,”
Kerr also praised the Bucks' performance, saying:
“I thought Milwaukee was brilliant.”
The Warriors will look to regroup and regain their momentum.
