San Joaquin County Prepares for Proposition 50

San Joaquin County has received approximately 95,000 ballots as of Friday, with the registrar of voters, Olivia Hale, predicting a solid turnout for Proposition 50.

The expected turnout is estimated to be between 55% to 75% of registered voters, according to Hale.

"I still am guessing that it will be within that range,"
she said.
