San Joaquin County has received approximately 95,000 ballots as of Friday, with the registrar of voters, Olivia Hale, predicting a solid turnout for Proposition 50.
The expected turnout is estimated to be between 55% to 75% of registered voters, according to Hale.
"I still am guessing that it will be within that range,"she said.
