Dennis Harold Benefield
Funeral services for Dennis Harold Benefield, 71, of Woodland will be held on Wednesday at Zion Baptist Church.
Benefield passed away on Monday, Nov. 3, at Tanner-East Alabama Medical Center in Wedowee.
- Survivors include:
- his wife, Kim Stillwell Benefield of Woodland
- one daughter, Kelly Vandagriff (Greg) of Bogart
- three grandchildren, Brock Vandagriff, Anna Greer Hynes (Elijah) and Audrey Vandagriff
- one sister, Wanda Sloan (Jim) of Woodland
- Pallbearers will be Lamar Dewberry, Larry Raughton, Danny Williams, Nelson McCain, Kenneth McManus and Brock Vandagriff.
- Honorary pallbearers will be Jim Sloan and Randy Stillwell.
He was a member of Zion Baptist Church where he served as a deacon and was the owner/operator of Benefield Grocery in Woodland.
Dennis Harold Benefield was born on Nov. 26, 1953, the son of Harold and Dura Manley Benefield.
