City of Covington Seeks Developers for Riverfront Blocks
The City of Covington has released two Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for prime parcels in the! Covington Central Riverfront neighborhood, specifically Blocks C and F.
These opportunities follow recent developments with Silverman & Co., Drees Homes, and Funke Real Estate Group, which will deliver over 324 housing units and 17,000 square feet of commercial space.
We’re not just looking for a savvy development proposal, we’re looking for a partner who understands the vision behind what we’re trying to accomplish: restoring the street grid, creating connectivity, encouraging creative use of materials, and embracing bold design.
According to John Sadosky, Assistant Director of Economic Development, the city is seeking a developer that shares its vision for the area.
