Pet Needs Live at Thekla in Bristol
Pet Needs, a punk and melodic-punk band from Colchester, Essex, will perform live at Bristol's Thekla on Saturday, 29 November 2025.
The band's core consists of brothers Johnny Marriott (vocals, lyrics) and George Marriott (guitar). The project started when George moved to Colchester and stayed with Johnny, leading to songwriting collaborations that eventually formed Pet Needs.
The current lineup includes Jack Lock on drums and Ryan Sharman on bass. Their sound is described as
"fractured party music", characterized by energetic and emotional performances with singalong choruses, blending fun, chaos, and self-reflection.
