During Thursday’s service, she adhered to tradition by placing a wooden remembrance cross ahead of Armistice Day on 11 November. Visitors to the site have the option to purchase crosses, available in various shapes to represent different faiths.
Camilla also engaged warmly with attendees, including veterans, active military personnel, and even shared a moment with a dog brought to the event.
